この度 MALKオンラインストアでは、海外在住のお客様からの購入と発送を代行致します、
越境EC対応化サービス “Zenlink” を導入することとなりました。
(The MALK Online Store is pleased to announce the introduction of the cross-border
e-commerce service Zenlink, which will handle purchases and
shipping for customers living overseas.）
海外販売代行サービスにより、今後は海外在住のお客様にも気軽に
当オンラインショップでのお買い物をお楽しみいただけます。
（With our international sales agency service, customers living abroad can now easily enjoy
shopping at our online store.）

【ご注文から商品発送までの流れ】
（Process from ordering to shipping）
・海外在住のお客様より、MALKオンラインストアへアクセス頂きますと
購入代行を受け付けます専用のバナーがショップ上に自動で表示されます
（When customers living overseas access the MALK online store,
a dedicated banner will automatically appear on the shop screen, indicating
that we accept proxy purchases.）
↓
・バナーを通じて、購入者が「Add to Cart」ボタンを押すと海外のお客様専用の購入ページへ遷移します。決済の手続きを行って頂きまして、海外販売代行サービス「Zenlink」に商品購入の依頼が送られます
（When the customer clicks the Add to Cart button on the banner, they will be redirected to a purchase page exclusively for overseas customers. After completing the payment procedure, a product purchase request will be sent to the overseas sales agent service Zenlink.）
↓
・購入依頼がありました商品を「Zenlink」がMALKオンラインストアにて
代理購入を致します。
（Zenlink will purchase the requested item on your behalf from the MALK online store.）
↓
・「Zenlink」にて購入された商品は、MALKオンラインストアから
国内の指定倉庫まで発送致します
（Products purchased through Zenlink will be shipped from the MALK online store to a designated warehouse in Japan.）
↓
・商品が届きましたら、「Zenlink」より、国際配送用に梱包を補強致しま
して、海外のお客様へと配送されます
（Once the product arrives, Zenlink will reinforce the packaging for international shipping and deliver it to you.）
